The Gab Titui Cultural Centre, located on Thursday Island in the Torres Strait, provides a unique insight into the region’s vibrant art and culture. The Art Centre supports artists from across the region through a range of arts development and cultural maintenance initiatives.

Refunds, Exchange & Returns
When purchasing artworks and products from Gab Titui Cultural Centre online shop, we encourage you to please choose carefully as we do not issue refunds or accept cancellations for change of mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or refund provided the purchased items are returned within 10 days of receiving your order, in their original and saleable condition with proof of purchase.
- No exchange or refunds offered on sale items.
- Always retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
- Online order returns cannot be made instore, it must be returned for an exchange (at own costs) via postal address: PO Box 261, THURSDAY ISLAND QLD 4875.
- Returns Policy applies to all online and instore sales.
In order to obtain an exchange or refund Gab Titui Cultural Centre will require and certify:
- The item(s) are in new condition (returned within 10 business days of receipt).
- The item(s) is still in the full original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is included.
Gab Titui Culture Centre have the right to not accept returns for items that are not in new condition, not in the full original packaging, and without proof of purchase. Returned items which comply with the returns and refunds criteria returned within 30 days will be replaced if available, if not available a full refund will be issued.
Returns Procedure
Unless your ordered items are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product/s to Gab Titui Cultural Centre. Returned items must arrive in its original condition, along with any box or product packaging. Once received and certified, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method (i.e credit card or PayPal).
We will require a tracking number for the return parcel. If you do not supply Gab Titui Culture Centre with a tracking number, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of the return parcel. Please email the tracking number to sales.staff@tsra.gov.au
Please note, unfortunately Gab Titui Cultural Centre is unable to offer a refund on the following products unless they are faulty, or you have received an incorrect item.
